A'RESOLUTION OF THE CITY.COUNCIL_OF THE
CITY OF WEST 'COVINA.AUTHORIZING THE EX-
ECUTION OF.A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM _DEED
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF
The City Council of the.City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of.the City of West
Covina does herebyfind and determine that the 'certain .con-
veyance granted to the City of West Covina on ;.January 6, 1977,
recorded as Document 77-19041 of Official Records in'the
office of the County Recorder of the.County'of-Los Angeles,.,is
no longer needed for the public purposes for which it was acquir-
ed or for any 'other.public purpose; that•the.public convenience
-'and necessity require that the same be quitclaimed to UMARK INC.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute in the name-of'the City
of West Covinaja Quitclaim Deed-conveying_allright,, title and
interest of the City -of West Covina.in-and to said real property
to UMARK INC. here°inn described, and cause the -said Quitclaim
Deed and.a cerfied copy of -this resolution,to be filed for
record in the ,office of the County Recorder..of the County of the
County:of Los�Angeles.

SECTION 3. The City _Clerk shal':certify to the
adoption ,of. this resolution.
