..WHEREAS, Walter Kroh, the owner of two parcels of
land being portions of Lot 26 of, Tract 10330 .per Map Book 161,
Pages 221throu4h;3i inclusive of Official Records, submitted'
to this meeting two 'legal descriptions marked Exhibit."A and
.Exhibit "B' and.fby;,reference thereto made a part hereof, for
"a_ lot 1"ine . adjustment between the two parcels,`. and a written
request for thel'L 1'6f line adjustment and'.
WHEREAS., said submitted -lot• - line adjustment has been
reviewed by the City Engineer and the Planning Director. and
WHEREAS', the'City Engineer and -,Planning Director have
determined"that�.said-lot line adjustment.is'.in;conformance with
the ,Subdivision M_ap.Act and the general and specific plans of
the City of West Covina;
NOW,1THEREFORE, the City. Council of the City of West
Covina does` resolve •.as follows
SECTION 1.-•,That the lot line -adjustment submitted to
this meeting be�jand the same is hereby.approved.
• SECTION 2. ..That -the proper -officers. of the City of
..West -Covina be,they are hereby authorized and instructed to
approve said loft line adjustment, per Section 66412(d) of the
Subdivision Map�Act, on behalf of -the 'City.
SECTION 3: That the City -.Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this 'resolution.
