A RESOLUTION -OF -THE CITY -COUNCIL OF THE CITY .
OF -WEST :COVINA'APPROVING'THE FLNAL-SUBDIVISION
.'MAP OF TRACT NO.. 33326, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT
.:,'BY THE_ S UBDIVIDER: -AND SURETY BONDS .TO SECURE
THE SAME
WHEREAS; there has been submitted to this meeting
by the owner and subdivider thereof, a'.final subdivision
map of Tract No. 33326 which has-been approved by.the
Planning Commission and by the City Engineer;, and
,WHEREAS, there has-been submitted to'th'is meeting a
:proposed agreement.by,the subdivider.for the construction
of certain improvements.within or for said subdivision;.
and
- WHEREAS,.`said proposed agreement is accompanied by
_ bonds;fo.r the faithful per-formance-of the terms
_surety
and conditions.of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of .the City of
West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION-.1. That the final.subdivision map of
Tract No.;33326 submitted to this meeting be and the
same.is.hereby.approved.
. :SECTION-' 2. That the, dedication 'therein :offered be
and the same is hereby accepted for public use, excepting
th'offer to'.grant Lot 54, subject -to any -restriction to
-be'filed and.'recorded-therewith;.and that the proper
officers of the City of,West.Covina be and they are
hereby authorized and,instructed,to approve.said final
map on behalf of the 'City..
SECTION 3. That. -the. proposed agreement: by the
subdivider in the form submitted to this meeting.be..
accepted.
SECTION-4.' That the Sure.ty Bonds.Numbers 400 DR-4400/
146,.400 DR..4400/149-.and,400 DR-,4400/150'presented as
..security for the' faith-ful .performance -,of �'th'e terms ..and
conditions of s'aid'.'agreement-with'Umark Inc,., as..priricipal,
and St. , Paul Fire and' 1larine Insurance. Company -as surety
and a cash deposit $970, in'the total sum of.Three Hundred
.Thirty Seven Thousand.Seven Hundred and NoA00'Dollars
($337,70000),-.be and the same.hereby-.are accepted..
SECTION 5. That.',the City Clerk shall certify to
the: adoption of this resolution.
