A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF -THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA APPROVING PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 TO LOCAL AGENCY -STATE
• AGREEMENT NO. 07-5259, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT
WHEREAS, the City of West Covina and the State of
California, Department of Transportation, have entered into
Local Agency -State Agreement No..07-5259 for the purpose of
implementing the Federal Aid Urban Program in the City of
West Covina; and
WHEREAS, the City has a proposed Federal Aid Urban
project on North Vincent Avenue and South Glendora Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said Local Agency -State agreement requires
the execution of a program supplement for each individual
Federal Aid Urban project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City. Council
of the City of West Covina does hereby approve Program Supple-
ment No. 1 to Local Agency -State Agreement No. 07-5259, and
authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk'to execute said Program
Supplement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
• directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution and
the executed Program Supplement to the District Director, Dist-
rict 7, of the California Department of Transportation.
