resolve as follows . "..
SECTION 1. The City Council":,does hereby appoint
Kenneth W. -Penner ag ••a member of the Recreation and Parks -
Commission of the City of` West Covina for the'three.year
term .expiring June 30, 1980:,
SECTION,2.. The City -Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall.transmit a certified
copy thereof to -Kenneth W. Penner.
