A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA EXPRESSING ITS APPRECIATION FOR THE
SERVICES 'OF ALFREDO G: GONZALES AND EXPRESSING
SYMPATHY"TO HIS FAMILY ON HIS UNTIMELY PASSING.
WHEREAS, ALFREDO G. GO-NZALES was hired by the City of West Covina in
1969 as a BuiWing. Custodian in..the Building and Safety Department
and, as such, was a capable' -and valuable employee; and
WHEREAS, being;an"extremely outstanding and diligent worker, always conscientious
With
many hours of service over and above normal requirement; and
WHEREAS, his knowledge of work'was always excellent and his assignments were
performed;in the'.utmost spirit of self -motivation and enthusiasm; and
WHEREAS, r ALFREDO G...- GO:NZALES was a cheerful and friendly personao all who
cam e'in contact -with -him and will be sadly missed by all of those who
fondly treasured his friendship.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City:Councillof the City of West Covina
hereby commends ALFREDO G. GONZALES for the faithful performance
of his duties to the City of'West Covina and expresses sympathy to his
family,on his untimely passing.
