RESOLUTION NO. 5492
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORATION
GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY UMARK INC.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain in-
strument executed by Umark Inc., under date of June 13, 1977, to
the City of West Covina the property or interest therein part-
icularly described is hereby accepted. Said property is generally
described as:
A portion of Parcel 4, as shown on Map filed
in Book 85, Pages 10 through 12, inclusive of
Records of Surveys in the office of the
Recorder of the County -of Los Angeles.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby -authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
