A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:.
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West
Covina does hereby find and determine that
All right', title or interest, present or future,
the City of West Covina has or may have from the
offer to grant for open space proposes Lot 46 of
Tract No. 33271, in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
per map filed in Book 877, pages 93.and 94 of
Maps in the Office of the County recorder of said
County, as offered on said Map,
is no longer needed for the public purposes for which it was
acquired or for any -other public purpose; that the public
convenience and necessity require that the same be quitclaimed
to Covington Brothers, a California Corporation.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute in the name of the City
of West Covina a Quitclaim Deed conveying all right, title
• and interest of the City of West Covina in and to said real
property to Covington Brothers, and cause the said Quitclaim
Deed and a certified copy of this resolution to be filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

1977.
