A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
• OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA REQUESTING
THE PLANNING COMMISSION TO INITIATE
PROCEEDINGS FOR A CHANGE OF ZONE ON
CERTAIN PROPERTY (Sunset Place)
The City Council of the"City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the
Executive Dir.ector.of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
West Covina, the P1'annin9 Commission of the City of West Covina
is hereby requested -to initiate proceedings for a change of zone
from R-1 (Residential) to R-C (Regional Commercial) on that
certain parcel'of property,generally located between Sunset
Avenue, Garvey Avenue and Sunset Place in the West Covina Redev-
elopment Project Area..,,"
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
• adoption of this` .Resolution.
