A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF A CORPORATION QUITCLAIM DEED
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West
Covina does hereby find and determine that certain 10.00 foot
wide waterline easement located within Lots 22 and 66 of
Tract 22927, recorded in Book 877, Pages 36 through 39 of
Records, the westerly line is described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of
said Lot 22; thence along the westerly
line of said Lot 22, South 320-41'-16"
West 102.64 feet; thence South 270-18'-44"
East 24.25 feet.
is no longer needed for the public purposes for which it was
acquired or for any other public purpose; that the public
convenience and necessity require that the same be quitclaimed
to Southwest Suburban Water.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and instructed to execute in the name of the City
• of West Covina a Quitclaim Deed conveying all right, title
and interest of the City of West Covina in and to said real
property to Southwest Suburban Water herein described, and
cause the said Quitclaim Deed and a certified copy of this
resolution to be filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
