A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING DIRECTOR'S
QUITCLAIM DEED EXECUTED BY THE STATE OF
• CALIFORNIA AND DIRECTING THE_RECORDATION
THEREOF
The City -Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION'l. The interest conveyed by those certain
instruments executed by the State of California under -date of
April 25, 1977, granting to the City of West Covina the -....
properties or interests therein, is hereby accepted. Said
properties are generally known as:
Parcel DK 49747-3 per State of.California,
Department of Transportation, Freeway
Parcel Numbering System.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the certificates of acceptance in.sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Govern-
ment Code and to cause the said Instruments and said certifi-
cates to be filed for record in the office of the County Re-
corder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk.shall certifyto the adoption
of this resolution.
