A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST COVINA ESTABLISHING
FEES AND CHARGES FOR CERTAIN FIRE
DEPARTMENT PARAMEDIC SERVICES.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The following schedule of fees is hereby
established to be charged and collected by'the.West Covina Fire Depart-
ment in connection with paramedic services:
(a) A fee of,$25.00 for the emergency
transportation of a victim to the
nearest hospital. If the victim
requires paramedic care and treat-
ment beyond that provided at the
scene, it shall be deemed to be
an emergency.
(b) A fee of $5.00 for the use of
oxygen in -connection with
transport services.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall become operative
• on July 1, 1977.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
