RESOLUTION NO. 5439
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL
MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO. 7199
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting
by the owner and subdivider thereof, a final map of Parcel
Map No. 7199 which has been approved by the Planning Commission
and by the City Engineer, and a surety bond for the faithful
performance of setting monuments;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the final map of Parcel Map No. 7199
submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. That the pr6per officers of the City of
West Covina be and they are hereby authorized and instructed
to approve said final map on behalf of the City.
SECTION 3. That the Surety Bond No. 106242 pre-
sented as security for the faithful performance of setting
monuments for Parcel Map No. 7199 with Willard V. Harris, Jr.,
and Ben C. Harris, as Principal, and Surety Company of the
Pacific, as Surety, in the total sum of Eight Hundred Ten
Dollars and No/100 ($810.00), be and the same hereby is
accepted.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

1977.
