A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
• CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING DIRECTOR'S
DEEDS EXECUTED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF

The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by those certain
instruments executed by the State of California under date of
March 29, 1977, granting to the City of West Covina the pro-
perties or interests therein, is hereby accepted. Said
properties are generally known as:
Parcels: DE 1087-01-02; DE 980275-01-03;
DE 980294-01-05; DE 1087-01-04;
DE 61981-01-03; DE 980025-01-02;
DK 54515-2 per State of California,
Department of Transportation, Free-
way Parcel Numbering System.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the certificates of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Govern-
ment Code and to cause the said Instruments and said certifi-
cates to be filed for record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
