• A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY HENRY SHINICHI OSHIRO,
ROY T, OSHIRO AND MISAO OSHIRO AND
DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF

The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Henry Shinichi Oshiro, Roy T. Oshiro
and Misao Oshiro under date of April 20, 1977, granting to
the City of West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described is hereby accepted. Said property
is generally described as:
A portion of Rancho La Puente, in the City of
West Covina, in the County of Los Angeles, State
of California, per map recorded in Book 1, Pages
43 and 44 of Patents on file in the office of
the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the
Government Code and to cause the said instrument and said
certificate to be filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
