A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST COVINA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 5309 TO APPROVE THE
ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE OF REVENUE
SHARING FUNDS FOR TWO SPECIFIC ITEMS.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Resolution No..5309 adopting the 1976-77
budget for the City of West Covina is hereby amended to include the
following items of expenditure of Revenue Sharing funds, pursuant
to the General Revenue Sharing Act of 1976:
a. The expenditure of $11,.000 for architectural
services required in the preparation of
plans and specifications for City of West
Covina Fire Station No. 5.
b. The City of West Covina assessment for the
construction of the League of California
Cities headquarters building in Sacramento
in the amount of $8,437.50.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
