A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DESIGNATING AN ALTERNATE MEMBER ON.
THE DISTRICT GOVERNING BOARDS OF COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICTS NOS. 15, 21 AND 22.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. That HERB TICE , a member of the
City Council of the City of West Covina, is hereby selected as
Alternate Director to act as a member of the Governing Boards of
County Sanitation Districts Nos. 15, 21 and 22 in place of the
Mayor of the City of West Covina during his absence, inability or
refusal to act.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 14th day of March , 19771 by the
