A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO
• PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT NO. 1 AND THE
NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
WITH REFERENCE THERETO (CITY OF WEST COVINA).
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find and deter-
mine that there was filed with the Planning Commission a City
initiated application requesting approval of Amendment No. 5 to
Planned Community Development No. 1 for the physical development
of approximately 1.2 acres within the area of Lark Ellen Avenue
and Pass and Covina Road (Woodside Village) and the Negative Declar-
ation of Environmental Impact with reference thereto; that hearings
thereon were duly conducted by the Planning Commission and the
Planning Commission approved Amendment No. 5 and the Negative
Declaration with reference thereto; that said plan came automat-
ically before the City Council and the City Council held a hearing
thereon, and proper and legal notice of hearing was duly given.
SECTION 2. Amendment No. 5 to Planned Community Devel-
opment No. 1 is consistent with the adopted Environmental Quality
Element of the General Plan which deletes any reference to a
Community Park at the subject site.
• SECTION 3. Amendment No. 5 to Planned Community Develop-
ment No. 1 is hereby approved pursuant to the provisions of the
,West Covina Municipal Code subject to the terms and conditions con-
tained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2-77-2712.
SECTION 4.
Impact for Amendment
is hereby approved.

The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
