A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY AMOS Z. KRAUSZ AND DORIAN
KRAUSZ, AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION
• THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain
instrument executed by Amos Z. Krausz and Dorian Krausz under
date of February 9, 1977, to the City of West Covina the pro-
perty or interst therein particularly described is hereby
accepted. Said property is generally described as:
A portion of Lot 167 of E. J. Baldwin's fourth
subdivision, in the City of West Covina, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map re-
corded in Book 8, Page 186 of Maps on file in
the office of the County Recorder, of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said instrument and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
• adoption of this resolution.
