A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A
ROAD DEED EXECUTED BY UMARK INC.
. The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain
instrument executed by Umark Inc., under date of April 17, 1976,
to the City of West Covina the property or interest therein
particularly described is hereby accepted. Said property is
generally described as:
A portion of Parcel 5, as -shown on Los Angeles County
Assessor's Map No. 56, filed in Book 1, Page 4 of
Assessor's Maps, in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substanti-
ally the form prescribed by Section 27281 of.the Government Code
and to cause the said instrument and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
