RESOLUTION NO. 5399
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY BERNARD POLLOCK AND
FLORENCE D. POLLOCK, AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain
instrument executed by Bernard Pollock and Florence D. Pollock,
under date of January 18, 1977, to the City of West Covina the
property or interest therein particularly described is hereby
accepted. Said property is generally described as:
A portion of Lot 48 of the Forster and Rowland
Tract, in the City of West Covina, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 20, Pages 14 and 15 of Maps
on file in the office of the County Recorder,
of said County..
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substanti-
ally the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate to
be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
