RESOLUTION NO. 5398
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORA-
TION QUITCLAIM DEED EXECUTED BY INTER-
NATIONAL WATER BEDS, INC., AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by the certain
instrument executed by International Water Beds, Inc., under
date of July 31, 1975, to the City of West Covina the property
or interest therein particularly described is hereby accepted.
Said property is generally described as:
A portion of Lot 168 of E. J. Baldwin's 4th
Subdivision of part of Rancho La Puente in
the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 8, Page 186 of Maps on file in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2.. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substanti-
ally the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate to
be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 14th day of February
