RESOLUTION NO. 5381
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA RESERVING THE RIGHT TO MAKE SALARY
ADJUSTMENTS FOR CERTAIN CLASSES OF EMPLOYEES
IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT EFFECTIVE AS OF DECEMBER 1,
1976.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina hereby
reserves the right to make salary adjustments which are adopted by resolution effective
for the first pay period in December 1976 for those employees in the classes of captain,
lieutenant, sergeant, agent, detective, and police officer in the Police Department.
