RESOLUTION NO. 5375
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORA-
TION GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY UMARK INC.,
AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by UMARK INC., under date of December 16,
1976, granting to the City of West Covina the property or
interest therein particularly described .is hereby accepted.
Said property is generally described as:
A portion of the Rancho La Puente, in
the City of Walnut, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, shown as Parcels Nos.
1 to 5 inclusive on L.A.C.A. Map No. 56,
recorded on February 28, 1952 as Document
No. 2994 in Book 1 Page 4 of Assessor's
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substanti-
ally the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate to
be filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
