A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DESCRIBING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE
COUNTY CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
WHICH HAS BEEN INCLUDED WITHIN THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA AND DECLARING THE SAME WITHDRAWN FROM
SAID DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council does hereby find, de-
termine and declare that all that portion of the County Con-
solidated Fire Protection District included within the fol
lowing described annexation has been and is included within
the City of West Covina by reason of said annexation, to wit:
(1) Southerly Annexation District No. 222.
SECTION 2. All that portion of the County Consol-
idated Fire Protection District included within the said
annexation to the City of West Covina is hereby declared with-
drawn from said County Consolidated Fire Protection District
effective upon the date of this resolution.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall file certified copies
of this resolution with the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Los Angeles, the governing body of said Fire Pro-
tection District, the Auditor -Controller and the Assessor of
the County of Los Angeles as specified in Section 13952 of
the Health and Safety Code.

at a regular meeting thereof held on the 13th day of December,
1976, by the following vote of the Council:
