RESOLUTION NO. 5363
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA. DENYING AN A.PPLICA.TION FOR AN
UNCLASSIFIED USE PERMIT (Unclassified Use Permit
No. 216 - Steve Kennick).
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Steve Kennick applied to the' Planning Commission for
the approval of an unclassified use .permit to park a commercial vehicle on the
premises identified as 1549 East James Avenue in the R-1 (Singe Family) Resi-
dential Zone. The Planning Commission by its Re solution,' No. '2682 denied the
unclassified use permit. The applicant appealed the action of the Planning
Commission to the City Council.
SECTION 2. The City Council, after notice and public hearing,
does hereby find and determine that the proposed use of the pr-operty for the
parking of a commercial vehicle is not suitable and would be detrimental to
the property in the immediate vicinity.
