RESOLUTION NO. 5348
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED EXECUTED
BY JOHN R. FITZGERALD, A MARRIED MAN, AS HIS
SEPARATE PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by JOHN R. FITZGERALD, under date of
November 3, 1976, granting to the city of West Covina the
property or interest therein particularly described is in fee
simple and is hereby accepted. Said property is generally
described as:,_

A portion of Lot 3 of Tract No. 10330 in the City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 161, Pages 22 to 31 inclusive of
Maps on file in the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said instrument and said certificate to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 22nd day of November 1976,
