A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED EXECUTED
BY SYLVAN S. SHULMAN COMPANY, A LIMITED PARTNER-
SHIP, AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
• The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain in-
strument executed by Sylvan S. Shulman Company, a limited partner-
ship, under date of September 9, 1976, granting to the City of West
Covina the property or interest therein particularly described for
traffic signal construction installation and maintenance purposes,
is hereby accepted. Said property is generally described as:
A portion of Lot 155 of E. J. Baldwin's Fourth
Subdivision of a portion of the Rancho La Puente,
in the City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book
8, Page 186 of Maps on file in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially the form pre-
scribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and to cause the
said instrument and said certificate to be filed for record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. Resolution No. 4152 adopted by the City
. Council on November 24, 1975 is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
