RESOLUTION NO. 5313
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
COVINA, CALIFORNIA, FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY
TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JULY 1, 1976, FOR WOODSIDE VILLAGE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
NO. 1, CITY OF WEST COVINA, AND FIXING RATES OF TAXES
FOR SAID MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AND LEVYING TAXES FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1976, FOR SAID MAINTENANCE
DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as
fol lows:
SECTION 1. The amount of money necessary to be raised by
taxation upon the taxable property within Woodside Village Maintenance
District No. 1, City of West Covina, for the current fiscal year begin-
ning July 1, 1976, is hereby fixed as follows:
For the cost of maintaining and operating the open space,
improvements and facilities thereon within the Woodside Village Mainten-
ance District No: 1, City of West Covina: $53,390
SECTION 2. For the purpose of raising the sums of money
necessary to be raised by taxation upon the taxable real property within
Woodside Village Maintenance District No. 1, City of West Covina as revenue
to maintain and operate the open space, improvements and facilities within
said maintenance district, the rate is hereby fixed and taxes are hereby
levied on all taxable real property in the said Maintenance District for
the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1976, in the number of cents upon One
Hundred Dollars of the assessed value of said taxable real property as
assessed by the County Assessor and equalized by the Assessment Appeals
Board of the County of Los Angeles, and with respect to certain property
as assessed by the State Board of Equalization and equalized by said
Board as follows:

No separate tax is being levied upon the taxable property within
any zone in Woodside Village Maintenance District No. 1 for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1976, and no money is being raised to finance
special services within any such zone.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution and the same shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
adoption. The said Clerk shall immediately after the adoption of this
Resolution cause a certified copy thereof to be filed with the Auditor -
Controller of the County of Los Angeles. In accordance with Section
36936.1 of the Government Code, the City Clerk shall cause publication of
this Resolution in the same manner and within the same time as ordinances
are required to be published.
