A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT
TO CAMERON AVENUE PARK AND DEL NORTE PARK
PROJECTS NO. 19-0120 AND 18-0122 - STATE.
BEACH, PARK, RECREATIONAL AND HISTORICAL
FACILITIES BOND ACT OF 1974
WHEREAS, Resolution Numher 4935 aiuthorizing application and/or
agreeing to the terms of the project agreements for
the subject projects was adopted on August 26, 1974;
and
WHEREAS, it is desired to amend the project agreements as follows:
Cameron Avenue Park
Decrease the funds allocated for acquisition:
From: $145,000
To: $130,000
Del Norte Park Irrigation
Increase the funds allocated for development:
From: $15,912
To: $30,912
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the amendment to the.project
agreements between the State and the City of West
Covina is approved.
. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be authorized to sign
said agreement and that.the City Clerk shall certify to
the'adoption of the resolution and shall forward a cer-
tified copy thereof to the State of California, Depart-
ment of Parks and Recreation.
