RESOLUTION NO. 5305
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT OF
EASEMENT EXECUTEI) BY LOS ANGELES COUNTY
FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR PUBLIC BRIDGE
PURPOSES, AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION
THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Los Angeles County Flood Control
District under date of July 13, 1976, granting to the City
of West Covina the property or interest therein particularly
described for public bridge purposes, is hereby accepted.
Said property is described as:
Portions of Parcels 361, 481 and 480
in the City of West Covina, County of
Los Angeles, State of California per
final orders of condemnation recorded
in Book D1715, Page 560; Book M1176,
Page 349; Book D1715, Page 560 re-
spectively on file in the office of
the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substan-
tially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said Instrument and said Certificate to
be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August ,
1976.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
