A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT
. DEED EXECUTED BY WALTER G. HOFFMAN AND
JENNIFER L. HOFFMAN AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Walter G. Hoffman and Jennifer L.
Hoffman under date of July 26, 1976, granting to the City of
West Covina the property or interest therein particularly
described is hereby accepted. Said property is generally
described as:
A portion of Lot 2 of Tract No. 2371 in
the City of West Covina, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 23, Pages 98 and 99
inclusive of maps on file in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance.in substanti-
ally the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate to
be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
• the County of Los Angeles,
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
