A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
• WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, RESERVING THE PREROGATIVE
OF THE CITY COUNCIL TO PROVIDE FOR INCREASED COM-
PENSATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS, LIMITED SERVICE, AND
EXEMPT EMPLOYEES TO BE EFFECTIVE THE FIRST PAY'
PERIOD OF JULY 1976.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby reserves the prerogative
of providing for increased compensation for all miscellaneous,
limited service, and exempt employees and making such increases
effective as of the first pay period of July 1976.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, 1976.
