A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPROVING THE MAXIMUM RATES FOR
• WASTE DISPOSAL AT THE BKK COMPANY LANDFILL IN
THE CITY OF WEST COVINA.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The maximum rates for waste disposal at The BKK
Company landfill in the City of West Covina as
contained in Exhibits I and II attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein
are hereby approved.
ATTEST:
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.

yard trimmings and other Group II and III materials will be the same as
those currently approved by the L. A. County Board of Supervisors for
the neighboring Spadra and Puente Hills landfills operated by the County
