RESOLUTION NO. 5286
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORATION
GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY SOUTHPORT DEVELOP-
MENT CORPORATION AND DIRECTING THE RECORD-
ATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain in-
strument executed by Southport Development Corporation under
date of July 7, 1976, granting to the City of West Covina the
property or interest therein particularly described is hereby
accepted. Said property is described per attached Exhibit "A",
made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code and
to cause the said instrument and said certificate to be filed for
record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Los
Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of West Covina at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 26th day of July

The following described real property in the City of West Covina,
County of Los Angeles, State of California:
The southeasterly 8.00 feet of Lots'8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 29;
the northeasterly 8.00 feet of Lots 11, 12, 13, and 14; the
easterly and southeasterly 8.00 feet of Lot 15; the northwesterly
8.00 feet of Lots 21, 22, 23, 24, 34, 35,.36, 371.38, 39, 40, 41,
and 42; the westerly, northwesterly and northerly 8.00 feet of
Lot 25; the northerly 8.00 feet of Lot 26; the westerly 8.00 feet
of Lot 27; the southerly 8.00 feet of Lots 28, 31, and 32, all of
Tract No. 29080, per map recorded in Book 728 Pages 41 through 44
inclusive of maps on file in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
