RESOLUTION NO. 5285
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORATION
GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY SOUTHPORT DEVELOP-
MENT CORPORATION AND DIRECTING THE RECORD-
ATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Southport Development Corporation
under date of July 7, 1976, granting to the City of West
Covina the property or interest therein particularly des-
cribed is hereby accepted. Said property is described per
attached Exhibit "A", made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the
Government Code and to cause the said instrument and said
certificate to be filed for record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

The northwesterly, northerly and northeasterly 8.00 feet of Lot
111; the southerly 8.00 feet of Lots 2, 4, and 76; the southerly
and southwesterly 8.00 feet of Lot 6; the southwesterly 8.00
feet of Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13; the northeasterly 8.00
feet of Lots 112, 118, 119 and 120; the northerly 8.00 feet of
Lots 122, 123, 124, 125 and 126 all of Tract No. 29957, per map
recorded in Book 728 Pages 35 through 40 inclusive of maps on
file in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
