A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE,CITY
OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED EXECUT-
ED BY JOHN R. FITZGERALD AND DIRECTING THE
RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does re-
solve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by John R. Fitzgerald under date of
June 15, 1976, granting to the City of West Covina the
property or interest therein particularly described is hereby
accepted. Said property is generally described as :
A portion of Lot 3 of Tract No. 10330, in the
City of West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 161, Pages 22 to 31 inclusive of maps
on file in the office of the County Recorder
of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substantially
the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government Code
and to cause the said instrument and said certificate to be
filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
