A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA APPOINTING COUNCILMAN KENNETH I.
CHAPPELL AS THE CITY'S REPRESENTATIVE ON THE CITY
•. SELECTION COMMITTEE FOR THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
RAPID TRANSIT DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Councilman KENNETH I. CHAPPELL shall be the City
of West Covina's member of the City Selection Committee of Los Angeles County and
as such is entitled to participate in all meetings of that Committee as the representative
of the City of West Covina.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and shall transmit a copy hereof to the Secretary of the Southern California
Rapid Transit District.
