RESOLUTION NO. 5280
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA DELEGATING RESPONSIBILITY TO THE
CITY TREASURER FOR THE CUSTODY AND CONTROL OF
THE PETTY CASH FUND IN SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer of the City of West Covina shall
have the ultimate responsibility for, and the control
of, the petty cash funds. Petty cash funds shall be dispersed upon requisition filed with
the chief finance officer, subject to the approval of the City Treasurer.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
