A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA,
CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING FEES FOR CERTAIN
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE DELIVERY
OF WATER WITHIN WOODSIDE VILLAGE.
• WHEREAS, the City Council has provided by ordinance for
the modification by resolution of the rates and charges for the
furnishing of water; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has provided for the filing
of a TABLE OF RATES AND CHARGES in the offices of the City Clerk
and the City Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The following table of installation charges
and additional service charges are fixed and established as the
rates, compensations, charges and minimum charges to be charged
and collected, and collected by the City for domestic, irriga-
tion, commercial, municipal and industrial water and water
service except as modified by the City Council from time to time,
by resolution:

ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE
The additional service charge for each additional unit or occ-
upancy shall be paid whenever more than one unit or occupancy
in any residence or business building or establishment is
served water through one meter. - - - $0.75.
SECTION 2. A copy of the preceding table of installation
charges and additional service charges shall be maintained on file
in the offices of the City Clerk and the City Engineer.
1976. SECTION 3. This resolution shall be effective July 1,
