A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
SECTION VII OF RESOLUTION NO. 1277, ADDING
THREE POSITIONS IN THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
AND FIXING THE COMPENSATION THEREFOR.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section VII of Resolution No. 1277 containing
the list of authorized positions and salary ranges is hereby amended by
amending the paragraph establishing the authorized positions in the
Police Department by:
(a) Adding one position of Police Lieutenant - LEAA,
at a salary range of 33a.
(b) Adding one position of Police Agent - LEAA,
at a salary range of 29.
(c) Adding one position of Criminal justice Research
Planner - LEAA, at a salary range of DHR-D and
salary of $1, 250 per month.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
