RESOLUTION NO.5238
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
SECTION VII OF RESOLUTION NO. 1277,
APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF AUTHORIZED
POSITION IN THE STREET DEPARTMENT FROM
STREET CLERK DISPATCHER TO CLERK -TYPIST.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to the recommendation of the Personnel
Board, that portion of Section VII of Resolution No. 1277 containing
the list of authorized positions and salary ranges is hereby amended
by amending the paragraph establishing the authorized positions in
the Street Department by:
(a) Eliminating one Street Clerk Dispatcher position, and
(b) Adding one Clerk -Typist position at a salary range
of 17.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
