A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
• CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING THE DEDI-
CATION OF VEHICULAR ACCESS RIGHTS OFFERED
TO'THE,'CITY OF WEST COVINA ON THE FINAL
TRACT MAP OF TRACT 32722 RECORDED IN BOOK
862, PAGE 39,. AND DIRECTING THE RECORDA-
TION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The. interest conveyed by that certain
Tract 32722 executed by Butler-Umark, a California joint
venture, granting to the City of West Covina the property or
interest therein particularly described for dedication of
vehicular access rights is hereby accepted. Said property
is generally described as:
A portion of Parcel 5, shown on map filed in Book 85,
Pages 10 through 12, inclusive, of Record of Surveys
on file in the office of the County Recorder of Los
Angeles County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and cause the same to be filed
for record in the office of the County Recorder of the
• County of Los Angeles.
