Resolution - 5213• • 0 RESOLUTION NO. 5213 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST COVINA CONSENTING TO THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY (Bauer Development Company - Pass and Covina Road and Maplegrove). The City Council of the City of West Covina does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of West Covina does hereby consent to the annexation to the City of West Covina of that certain parcel of property contiguous to the City of West Covina in the unincorporated area of the County of Los Angeles which is specifically described in Exhibit A attached hereto and, by this reference, incorporated herein. SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 1294 enacted by the City Council of the City of West Covina on March 22, 1976 prezoned the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto as Single Family Residential (R-1) Zone, Area District I. SECTION 3. The City Clerk and City staff are hereby authorized to cooperate with the owners of the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto in the preparation of the necessary forms for submitting the proposed annexation to the Local Agency Formation Commission. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. Adopted and approved this 22nd day of March 1976.
