A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORA-
TION GRANT DEED EXECUTED BY DONALD L.
• BREN COMPANY FOR SEWER PURPOSES AND DIRECT-
ING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.

The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Donald L. Bren Company under date of
March 16, 1976, granting to the City of West Covina the
property or interest therein particularly described is hereby
accepted. Said property is generally described as:
A portion of Parcel 4 in the City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map re-
corded in Book 85, Pages 10, 11 & 12
of records of surveys on file in the
office of the County Recorder, of said
County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in
substantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the
Government Code and to cause the said instrument and said
certificate to be filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption�of this resolution.
