A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION
MAP OF TRACT NO. 26912 ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT
BY THE SUBDIVIDER AND SURETY BONDS TO SECURE
• THE SAME.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by
the owner and subdivider thereof, a final subdivision map of
Tract No. 26912 which has been approved by the Planning Commis-
sion and by the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a
proposed agreement by the subdivider for the construction of
certain improvements within or for said subdivision; and
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by
a surety bond for the faithful performance of the terms and con-
ditions of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West
Covina does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That the final subdivision map of Tract
No. 26912 submitted to this meeting be and the same is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. That the dedication therein offered be
and the same is hereby accepted for public use, subject to any re-
strictions to be filed and recorded therewith; and that the
proper officers of the City of West Covina be and they are here-
by authorized and instructed to approve said final map on be-
half of the City.
SECTION 3. That the proposed agreement by the sub-
divider is the form submitted to this meeting be accepted.
SECTION 4. That the Surety Bond Nos. 7204186 and
7204187 presented as security for the faithful performance of the
terms and conditions of .said agreement with Donald L. Bren as
principal and the American Insurance Company as surety, in the
total sum of Eighty-nine Thousand One Hundred and Ten Dollars
($89,110), be and the same hereby is accepted.
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of March 1976.
