RESOLUTION NO. 5201
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST COVINA AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR
OF PLANNING TO FILE FOR SB 821 FUNDS IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE EAST SAN GABRIEL VALLEY
BIKEWAY COMMITTEE.
The City.Council of the City of West Covina does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The Director of Planning of the City of West
Covina is authorized to file the necessary application for SB 821 funds.
This filing is to be done as a joint venture with the member Cities of
the East San Gabriel Valley Bikeway Committee (Azusa, Covina, Glendora,
Dan Dimas, Walnut and West Covina),
SECTION 2. The funds are authorized to be sent to the
City of San Dimas, the lead funding agency for distribution to the
other cities which make up the East San Gabriel Valley Bikeway
Committee.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
