A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION OF
INTENTION NO. 5106, APPROVING THE FIRST SUPPLE-
MENTAL WEED AND RUBBISH ABATEMENT LIST.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Covina adopted
Resolution of Intention No. 5106 on September 8, 1975, for the
abatement of weeds and rubbish on certain properties within the
city; and
WHEREAS, certain additional properties have been neglected
or abandoned as described in the First Supplemental Weed and
Rubbish Abatement List marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto:
0 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of West Covina
does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 - The First Supplemental Weed and Rubbish Abate-
ment List is hereby approved and added to the 1975-76 Weed and
Rubbish Abatement Program.
SECTION 2 - The City Clerk is hereby instructed to mail a
"Notice to Destroy Weeds and Remove Rubbish and Refuse", substan-
tially in the form specified in Section 39566 of the Government
Code, to all owners of said property at the time and manner
specified in said Government Code.
SECTION 3 - The City Council will, at the time of its
regular meeting on March 22, 1976, at 8:00 P. M., in the Council
• Chambers in the City Hall of said city, hear and consider all
objections to the proposed removal of weeds, rubbish, and refuse.

The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
