A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORATION GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY GALSTER FOUNDATION FOR PARK
PURPOSES AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION
THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:'
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by Galster Foundation under date of
January 29, 1976, granting to the City of West Covina the
property or interest therein particularly described is hereby
accepted. Said property is generally described as:
A portion of Lot 116 of Tract-930 in the City of
West Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 17, Pages
38 and 39 of maps on file in the office of the
County Recorder of said county.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in substanti-
ally the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Government
Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate
to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
