RESOLUTION NO. 5191
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST COVINA ACCEPTING A CORPORATION GRANT
DEED EXECUTED BY UMARK INC. FOR SEWER PUR-
POSES'AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of West Covina does
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The interest conveyed by that certain
instrument executed by UMARK INC, under date of February_
11, 1976, granting to the City of West Covina the property
or interest therein particularly described is hereby accepted.
Said property is generally described as:
A portion of Parcel 4 in the City of West
Covina, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book
85, Pages 10, 11, & 12 of records of
surveys on file in the office of the
County Recorder, of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to execute a certificate of acceptance in sub-
stantially the form prescribed by Section 27281 of the Govern-
ment Code and to cause the said instrument and said certificate
to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of Los Angeles.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
